Our next door neighbor has been telling us for a while that cow tongue is his favorite meat. I wasn't too sure about it, but I told him I would try it. I mean, in the last six years we have eaten turtle eggs, iguana, bull testicles, chicken feet, intestine soup, cheese ice cream & pig feet (and probably other things I don't remember). The cow tongue tacos tonight were pretty good! I can probably say it's the best weird thing I've eaten.

I was there for the iguana & bull testicles. Can't say that is my favorite meal ever eaten in a foreign land. The veggies & broth tasted fine, just was odd, knowing the source of the meats. :-)

Hahaha, I LOVE COW TONGUE TACOS!!!! It´s Also one of my Favorite Meals!!! Barbacoa de Lengua, and the Cachetes are Also Deliciosos!!!!
