On Monday afternoon we arrived in our lovely town of Concord where we're enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the Newsom family - our hosts and new friends. Concord's pretty much the same, except the price of...everything...has skyrocketed! That's been our biggest reverse culture shock so far but, nonetheless, we're glad to be here and aren't complaining. It's just that gas in Mexico is, well, $2.50 a gallon!
